If Greg noticed her internal conflict, he makes no mention of it. In the hour or so since they've met face to face, Lapis has given the strong impression of someone who doesn't like saying all that's on her mind.

More importantly, there's supposed to be a magic pillar of teleportation-light around them, and he's noticing a distinct lack thereof. Greg glances around, tensed up from the anticipation of the warp.

"Uhh. Where's--is something wrong?"
